comprehensive and all reasonable steps have been taken
to identify potential candidates.

Bring
maximum objectivity to evaluating the candidate and
the quality of the match to your organization.

Refer
only candidates who have been personally interviewed and
whose credentials have been verified.
|
 |
Provide
you with a summary of pertinent information on all referred
candidates.
|

Conduct
thorough reference checking of all candidates at a time
appropriate to the completion of the assignment.
|
 |
Respect
the client relationship by not recruiting any person from
your organization for at least one year after the completion
of the assignment.
|
 |
Regard
all information concerning your business affairs as
completely confidential.
|
 |
Maintain
the highest level of professional behavior so that all
actions reflect favorably upon your organization.
